Pak Lah's Brief Visit

As predicted, I was at the scene almost the whole day during Pak Lah’s brief visit to ANIM@ter. Semua staffs involved did pretty well during the visit. Cuma this is my first time merasai keganasan photographer, I was pushed around, kena himpit & kena siku … rasa macam kena pukul je, ngeri! They’ll do anything to get a good shot of Pak Lah. Oppsie, jangan marah ye rakan-rakan photographer ku sekalian … just expressing my feeling here hehehe. Hmm maybe I was standing at the very best angle of Pak Lah kot *LOL*

Just Another Saturday

Saturday is usually a carwash day. But since now dah start monsoon season, I skipped carwash and hibernate dalam rumah je … rupanya banyak jugak kerja rumah yg tak settle lagi. Dah seminggu back from KL, baru hari ni nak unpack bag, macam-macam ada dalam bag tu, no wonder lah berat bag naik dari 7kg ke 11kg masa timbang kat LCCT hari tu.

Around 2pm dapat urgent phone call so rushed to the scene, malam baru settle … on the way back, singgah SR beli cake sepotong … craving punya pasal, terbang RM6 *LOL*

Esok Pah Lah will be in town, some of the staff will be involved in the event, and most probably I will be at the scene almost the whole day. So malam ni kena tido awal, since lately ni asyik terlajak bangun je *LOL*

Titipan dari Mak Usu, antara barang yang menambah berat bag hari tu. Banyak lagi tinggal di Bangi since tak muat nak masukkan dalam bag, ni pun tak sure bila nak habis baca ni …. tempting tengok, tapi masa nak baca tu tak tau bila hehehe

Murni Kasih by Norhayati Ibrahim, dah start few chapters kat Bangi one week ago, tapi till now tak habis-habis baca lagi, still trying to find some times to continue … bukan sebab cerita tak best, tapi sebab banyak sangat watak yang diperkenalkan ...

Sepotong cake SR untuk hilangkan craving. New York Cheesecake, tak pernah jumpa pun kat NY dulu *LOL* … time-time camni pulak nak craving benda mahal-mahal kan? *LOL*

Langit Senja

It’s Friday. Bosan as usual, seharian hibernate dalam rumah. Sempat habis 11 episodes of Bambino (jdrama).

Mendung je kat luar. Hujan dari semalam tak berhenti, lewat petang tadi baru nampak awan. Cantik pulak tu :) Memang awan di KT ni selalunya cantik, maybe sebab location nya berdekatan dengan laut dan pantai.

Reason Why ...

I like Japanese & Korean movies and dramas. A lot.

It’s not just a hobby; it used to be in my monthly expenditure … till I found another easy way without causing me a dime hehe

I think this might be the main reason contributing to my addiction.

I had five trials of face recognition for celebrities look alike (just for fun sake), and these were my results …

If y’all notice, almost all of my celebrities’ look alike are Korean, Japanese or Taiwanese (except Erra Fazira … LOL). So I do have those Asian fusion looks after all … kan? *perasan* … *LOL*

Kurosagi

Jdrama blogging day :)

Just completed watching Kurosagi (The Black Swindler), 11 episodes of jdrama about revenge and swindlers. Another interesting jdrama to watch. Read the synopsis here.

I like both the lead actor and actress, Yamashita Tomohisa & Horikita Maki. I’ve seen few of their dramas. They are actually a real couple in real life; fans call them Yamaki (Yama + Maki). Really cute couple :)

Asam

It's a photo blogging weekend :)

How many of you guys know the name of the fruit?

This photo was taken while I’m wondering around my Atok’s kebun in Gombak. It’s been a while since the last time I was there. For those who totally have no idea of the fruit, this is buah asam gelugor.

Buah asam gelugor is usually sold sliced and dried, also known as asam keeping, one of the most important ingredient in kuah laksa.

Why this photo? Coz many of my friends and younger cousins have no idea how asam keping look like before it is sliced and dried. Enjoy :)

Open House Anybody?

Attended BBC’s open house in the afternoon. From what I’ve heard they took only a day and a half to organize such beautiful and happening event. Good job guys … *siap ada AJK protocol* … :) They even have a custom made invitation virtual card with my name on it using Flash … cool eh? *LOL*

Anyway, thanks for inviting … it has been such a wonderful & well organized open house.

Golden Langkawi

... that’s the name I’m looking for. Had finally tasted it earlier today when Azrul handed me a paper back filled with the fruit. Betul kata Jamil, it really taste like honeydew, sememangnya honey dew … Golden Langkawi honeydew melons.

Innalillahi wainna ilaihi raaji’uun …

Our heartfelt condolence and sympathy to two of our tribe mates and their families for the loss of their beloved fathers … al-Fatihah

We drove to Kuala Berang yesterday to visit Jah and family. It was my first trip to Kuala Berang, it took us about 45 minutes to reach the destination. And early this morning we spent an hour driving to Besut to visit Miju and family.

On the way back from Besut, there were lots of stalls selling all sort of ubi … ubi kayu, keledek, etc

This yellowish fruit caught our eyes and we’ve decided to stop to buy some for tasting. Anybody familiar with it? Jamil told me that it tastes just like honey dew … betul ke? Belum dapat rasa lagi since Azrul was the one who bought some … *LOL*

It’s been a long wonderful Aidilfitri holidays, a tiring yet fun hari raya for me. Despite the ‘problem’ back at the office, I guess my holidays were one of the most memorable I had so far. I’ve been too busy since the eve and I didn’t have that much time to snap any pictures … so I have none to share with ya’all … :)

Anyway, thanks to those yg datang beraya ...

As I strode along the shops near the Giant Hypermarket, waiting for the iftar gathering, a guy approached me. I know right away that he’s one of the sales man from a near by store as he’s holding a few children story books in his hand … he said …

Guy: "Hi Kak! How are you?"

Me: "Fine tq … but I have no kids." (assuming he will persuade me into buying those books)

Guy: Oh ok! Are you a teacher by the way?

Me: Nope. (gave him a smile)

Guy: But … you look like one …

I wave my hands and walked away *puzzled*…

What’s with the teacher-look-alike and me? This is not my first time people mistaken me as teacher. "I look line one?" ... what did he meant by that? … ada motherly look kaaa? *LOL*

Camni kena apply KPLI … but wait! too late to apply daa … hehe

Coffee Prince & Hana Yori Dango

Coffee Prince

I’ve completed watching 17 episodes of Coffee Prince few days ago. It took me 8 days to complete, including 2 days to download the whole episodes. Usually it took me less than 4 days to complete an interesting kdrama like this one … I was kinda distracted by two manga-based jdrama.

I would say that this is one of my favorite kdrama for 2007 and it will be listed along with My Lovely Samsoon for the best romantic comedy kdrama series.

The drama is based on a romantic comedy manga. It’s a story about a tomboy who’s mistaken as the apposite sex. You can read the synopsis here …

Hana Yori Dango

Last nite I’ve just completed 9 episodes of Hana Yori Dango … another jdrama manga drama series. Like it a lot!!! One more good drama for jdrama junkies … totally recommended!!

I believed the famous Taiwan drama Meteor Garden was based from this series.
